Providing guidance and direction, identifying potential obstacles and managing risk.
After nearly four decades of experience in our respective industries, we’ve discovered a market gap when it comes to businesses seeking guidance on perpetuation, succession, and exit strategies. We’ve witnessed countless organizations struggle with these critical issues and believe our expertise can help you navigate them with ease.
Our passion for helping businesses succeed has only grown stronger over the years, which is why we’re excited to announce the launch of our new company. As transition specialists, we’re eager to apply our skills and knowledge in a fresh, innovative way to help you achieve your goals.
While Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) can be a powerful financial solution, we understand that it’s not a one-size-fits-all approach. That’s why we’ve developed our Comprehensive Perpetuation Planning™ (CPP) process. It’s a comprehensive and disciplined approach that we’ve honed over the years, executing over 1,000 client succession plans, hundreds of ESOP and Management Stock Ownership Plans (MSOP), and dozens of strategic sales.
By utilizing the CPP process, we take the time to understand your company, its ownership, and management. With that knowledge, we design and implement a customized, effective, and sustainable solution that meets your unique goals and objectives.
Our Team
Our goal is to help you achieve liquidity and peace of mind for yourself and your successors.
